If the purchaser does not receive the exact tickets he or she ordered,
VipTicketBox guarantees that the replacement tickets will be of equivalent or
better value than the tickets originally requested. If purchaser complains that
the tickets they received do not meet this criteria, and if the event has not
yet occurred, and if VipTicketBox determines in its sole discretion that
the tickets are not adequate to fulfill its promise of equivalent or better
tickets, VipTicketBox may either provide the purchaser with equivalent or
better tickets, or it may refund the purchase price of the tickets including

All tickets will be delivered in a timely manner.
All deliveries are made to the billing address of the purchaser. We guarantee
that the tickets will be shipped to the purchaser in sufficient time so that at
least one delivery attempt will be made before the event occurs. If the event
occurs and no delivery attempt has been made, VipTicketBox will coordinate with
the selling broker to issue the purchaser a refund of the cost of the tickets
including shipping costs and service fees. The purchaser is responsible for
making himself or herself available to receive delivery of the tickets when a
delivery attempt is made. If purchaser cannot be available to receive delivery,
purchaser shall contact and coordinate with Federal Express, or whatever other
delivery company VipTicketBox might use for the purchaser's order, to make
alternate delivery or pickup arrangements.
If an event is permanently cancelled, a refund
will be issued.
If an event is permanently cancelled, VipTicketBox will coordinate with
the selling broker to provide the purchaser a full refund of the ticket price
including any service fees. VipTicketBox.com may require the purchaser to
return the tickets to VipTicketBox to be eligible for this refund.
